Careers

We Build People First.

We don't define our team by credentials or titles. We define our team by character.

We believe good humans build strong environments. Skills can be developed. Mindset matters first. If you're willing to invest in this culture — to learn, grow, and contribute — we invest in you.

Our mentorship model is structured and paid. You're not paying us to learn here. We compensate you for your time while you develop inside our system.

You gain real hours, real responsibility, and support within a focused, high-standard team.

What That Means
Character over ego
Growth over status
Paid development, not unpaid shadowing
Structure and mentorship built in
Long-term commitment on both sides
Open Positions

Current Opportunities

We're growing the team. If you see something that fits, we want to hear from you.

01

Strength & Movement Instructors

contract

Turbo is looking for skilled coaches and instructors to join our facility as independent contractors, delivering group fitness classes, specialty programming, sport-specific coaching, or performance training across our studio and gym spaces. This is not a drop-in-and-disappear arrangement. When you’re on the floor at Turbo, you’re part of what members experience. You represent the standard, and you’re trusted to run your space like it’s yours, because while you’re here, it is.

02

Facility Manager

full time

This is not a maintenance-and-scheduling job. The Facility Operations Manager is the person who makes everything work, the one who sees what needs to happen before anyone asks, keeps the team sharp, and holds the standard when the room is full and when it is not. You will join our founding team ahead of our November 2026 grand opening, reporting directly to the CEO and Founder. That means you are here for the build, not the handoff. You will shape how this facility runs, what it feels like to work here, and how we show up for every person who walks through the door. It is a big job and a real one and it is the right job for someone who wants to own something.

03

Part Time Staff (Turbo Team Member)

part time

A facility like Turbo doesn’t run on autopilot. Behind every league night, every clean field turnover, every member who walks in and feels like someone’s actually paying attention, there’s a person making that happen. That’s you. This is a part-time, hands-on role that puts you at the centre of everything Turbo does, from facility setup and front desk operations to league support, content capture, and customer service. Your shift might start with resetting a field and end with helping a new member find their first drop-in session. No two days look the same, and that’s the point. You’ll also get direct exposure to how a sports brand operates, marketing, event production, community programming, social media working alongside the team building it. This role reports to the Facility Manager during daytime shifts and the League and Program Coordinator during evening and weekend shifts. Shifts are built around the facility’s programming calendar and peak hours, evenings and weekends are when the building is busiest and when we need the most support. It’s a strong fit for students and young adults, but the schedule is driven by operations, not the other way around.

04

Sport & Program Coaches

part time

Turbo was built on a belief that sport and movement should feel different here. That starts with who is on the field. At Turbo, great coaching is not just about what happens during a session — it is about who you are when you show up. How you speak to a seven-year-old who is nervous. How you handle a kid who is struggling without making them feel it. Whether a participant leaves more confident than when they arrived. That is what we are building here. As a Part-Time Sport Coach at Turbo, you will deliver youth soccer programming for participants ages 2 to 17, development sessions, structured programming, camps, and event-day activation. This is not a role for someone who needs to be the most impressive person in the room. It is a role for someone who makes the kids in front of them feel like they are. You will work closely with our Head of Strength and Programming and our CEO, and will collaborate with partner coaches across the field calendar. We are deliberate about how we coach here. We lead with mentorship, emotional intelligence, and the belief that a child's experience of sport shapes far more than their game. We will develop you as much as you develop them — and we expect the same openness to growth that we ask of our participants.

05

League and Program Coordinator

full time

Leagues do not run themselves. Behind every game night is someone who built the schedule, confirmed the teams, handled the thing that went sideways at 7:45 PM, and made sure it all felt seamless. That is you. As our League and Program Coordinator, you are the operational engine behind Turbo’s adult sport leagues and broader programming calendar. You will own coordination end-to-end: registration, scheduling, game-day logistics, participant communications, and the general art of keeping many moving parts from colliding. Because our leagues live in the evenings and weekends, this role is built around those hours — this is a job for someone who is energized by game nights, not drained by them. This is a one-year contract with a real path to permanent. We want to find the right person, work alongside them, and build something together. The contract is how we do that honestly. Please note before applying, if you are not willing to work weekends and evenings this job is not for you. It is required.
